About Buddy

II'm Buddy - a 4-year-old Chiweenie and a sweet, shy little guy who came into rescue with my sisters after our dad passed away. I love my people more than anything in the world and will happily follow you from room to room, just to be close. Attention? Yes please. Snuggles? Absolutely. I get along well with other dogs and cats, so I can fit right into a family with furry friends. I've been working hard on my weight loss journey-I went from 30 pounds to 25 pounds and I'm ready to keep it up with walks and playtime. I have about 8 more pounds to lose. I'm used to having a fenced yard, and honestly, I'd really love one at my new home so I can safely run, explore, and soak up the outdoors. If you're looking for a loyal little companion who wants to love you as much as you love me, I might just be your perfect match. Let's make it official-adopt me and I'll be your sidekick for life!
