About Roscoe

NOT AVAILABLE TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC. BITE RISK: Needs a home with a trainer or behaviorist. Roscoe is an 8 yr old, 8 lb chi - tasmanian devil mix. That mix wasn't an option, so I picked rat terrier. Roscoe has 2 sides. The sweet side that loves to play fetch & lay on the sofa watching TV next to you. But if you try to pick him up or pet him, you'll see his other side. He becomes the tasmanian devil. He is a bite risk if touched. He will also attack any person or other dog that comes near his food. It's a good thing he's so small & cute! Hopefully that will be what saves him. As a rescue, he cannot safely be adopted out to the average person. Roscoe is being fostered in Harford County Maryland. Please only respond if you can physically (or financially) help save Roscoe. Trainers can cost thousands of dollars & don't always work. We don't have that kind of budget. Thank you!
