About Chato

Chatho's owner was moving up north and couldn't take him. He's just under two years old and weighs 15 pounds. He came in extremely matted and had to be shaved down. He's super sweet and loves dogs, cats, and respectful children. He appears to be housebroken and knows basic commands. He tested negative for heartworm.
