About Otis

We have a schnoodle that I adopted from a shelter in Dec 2017, according to the vet he was about 2 years old (at least). He was a great dog for a while but over the last few years has developed severe anxiety. Nothing is working and I don't know what to do with him anymore. Certain noises, or being confined, or too many people will send him into severe anxiety. Sometimes I don't even know the reason and he tries to dig through the floor, shake uncontrollably, etc. He even tries to run away, once was successful but I got him back. I need to find a calm loving home for him. We live in Phelan - please let me know who can help, I don't want to turn him into a shelter but I cannot handle him any longer. My granddaughter will be sad as she loves him so much but I work and he is miserable most times now, not just once in a while like before.
