About Skye

Considering rehoming my 5 year old female Australian Shepherd, Skye. She is a sweet, loyal, and playful girl. We welcomed our first baby in February and, unfortunately, as my baby has gotten older, Skye has gotten nervous around her. I would absolutely love to find her an active home with lots of space to run and play and with no children or older children (i.e. teenagers). She is great and very loving with all adults. She loves to play ball, to chase squirrels, belly rubs, and lots of attention. She is very well-trained with basic commands, sleeps in her crate, and can be left unattended with no issues for longer periods of time. She's honestly a pretty low maintenance girl and just wants to be in your company. She has a dominant personality around other animals and can be protective around other pets in her own space, so for that reason would do best in a home where she would be the only pet to love! She does well with select dogs but on a case by case basis. Located in Tampa but willing to travel for the right fit. Considering our options but posting here in case one of you might be the perfect fit!
