About No nme

My name is Angel Schild. On 11/25, I called animal services due to the residents across the street from me having a dog in a kennel for over 48 hours and the temperature being below freezing that night. The dog was returned to the individuals the next day. I have not seen the dog leave the crate this past week except for one time that he has on a chain maybe two feet long wrapped around a tire. After not being able to listen to the dog cry anymore and worried, I asked today if they would surrender the dog to me. They did so. However, my issue is that I now need to find a place for him to go. I live in a townhouse, have two dogs of my own, and I am a student at UTC. I reached out to the Chattanooga emergency animal shelter. They told me to return the dog because they are full. I contacted another shelter. The lady was wonderful, but they're unfortunately full. She advised me to contact you guys in hopes that you can help. The owners told me he is 9 months old and needs his shots. He is extremely friendly, loving, and hyper. He is not fixed. He also does not have a name. Please give me any advice you have on where I can take this animal. Thank you, Angel Schild
