We are so happy we found HOPE today. This little pistol is around 4 years old. She was picked up by animal control with a limp possibly hit by a car. We don't know. All we know is radiographs show a fraction in her left front ulna. She is being vetted and we'll see what it takes to fix the leg. What we know so far... She is in foster in the Riverside area of the Inland Empire. She is pretty active in spite of the break and is very eager to please. She know how to sit and is potty trained. Her foster siblings are all girls, all weimaraners and she is doing well with all of them. Out of the shelter today she got a much needed bath and seemed to enjoy feeling clean. She stood well while being bathed then did what zoomies she could with a splint on. She ate a nice bowl of food and then napped in luxury without the horrible sights and sound of the shelter. It is hard not to fall in love with her winning personality. It is so hard to believe nobody claimed her. Hope will be available when we know more about her needs for the broken leg. We know she will be in demand when she heals, so if you're interested let us know now so we can put you in line! www.socalweimrescue.org/pages/adopt
