Milo is a wonderful and loving boy. He is super cute, makes me laugh, is potty-trained, smart, affectionate, playful, eats only dog food and carrots and apples, loves to be around people, is a star at day-care, prefers to be held, patient, obedient, and a love. I adopted him in March 2025, but in July 2025 I suffered a tear to my Achilles Tendon and had surgery, which has made me less mobile than before. I had to move to a highrise because I could no longer take stairs on a regular basis. My injury has affected my ability to walk him for his potty breaks, and it is both difficult to find someone who can take on this task, and it is expensive ($100/day) to have a regular dog walker where I live. Because of that, I am reluctantly trying to find a new home for my boy. He needs a home where he will be the only dog as he is fiercely protective of his human. He also needs a home where his human(s) will be mostly home, as he does not like to be alone. I would also need to know that he will be well-cared for, so I would need vet references, as well as personal references. I am willing to transport him anywhere in the country to find the right home for him, as he is a special boy who has brought me so much love and joy.
