About Opal

This animal is available to licensed rescue groups only. Please do not enquire unless with a licensed rescue group. Opal is one of the most loyal and sweetest dogs that I have ever owned. She is an excellent cuddler and wants nothing more to protect me and my son, and to always be by our sides. However, she can be aggressive towards other dogs and some people, specifically men--she is constantly trying to protect us. We have had her for about a year and a half and it is clear that she experienced or witnessed some form of abuse in her past. I have considered putting her down, but I would like to give rehoming her a try.
