About Jayne

Jane Jane is a sweet, very shy female cat who is still learning to trust humans. Though she's been with her foster for over two months, Jane remains fearful of being touched but is making slow progress. She's affectionate with her feline family and enjoys playing with her brother Carl and other cats around her. Jane likes to observe from a distance and will approach when she feels safe-like when her foster is in another room-but she quickly retreats if approached too quickly. Occasionally, when she's resting in a quiet, cozy spot, Jane has allowed gentle pets without reacting aggressively, showing her potential for growth with the right patient and understanding adopter. She would do best in a calm, quiet home with a loving person who has experience with shy cats, ideally with another confident, playful cat like Carl to keep her company and help her feel secure. Jane is a delicate soul who needs time and gentle love to bloom.
