Meet Harcos, a young 4-year-old Malinois/ Shepherd from Hungary, trained in Hungarian commands. He was originally bought by Customs and Border Patrol as a narcotics dog. He has been medically retired after battling leg injuries. After serving his country, he is all healed up and ready to enjoy his retirement. If you are looking for an obedient, willing to please couch potato, Harcos is the fella for you. Snuggles, hard pats, treats and toys are his favorite motivators. He is fully trained, crate trained, up to date on his vaccinations and will come will all his vet records. An ideal home for Harcos would be with adults and older children. Only because he can get a little overzealous and jump when excited. With him being a working breed, it would be best for him to have a backyard to play and run in. A family experienced with the Malinois breed or other working dogs is highly encouraged. As with most working breed dogs, Harcos has been under socialized and does not do well with other unfamiliar dogs. Helping to ease Harcos transition to his new home he will come with his crate, bed, e-collar, treats, and all his favorite toys. There is a small rehoming fee.
