EXTREMELY URGENT! THIS SWEET GERMAN SHEPHERD NEEDS A FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME IMMEDIATELY! This precious boy has been living in the front yard of a kind woman's home for the past 6 weeks. She cannot take him inside or keep him safe. He allows you to pet him but the minute you try to put a slip lead around his neck, he darts away. He's very smart. The neighbors have been leaving him food and water. He is emaciated, truly skin and bones. You can see his ribs and hip bones. He shivers in the cold rain, with nowhere warm or dry to go. It is absolutely HEARTBREAKING. And now time is running out. It's only a matter of time before Animal Control takes him to the kill shelter. He will not survive that path. We cannot let him die. Despite everything he has endured, he is the sweetest, most loving soul. He has an adorable, playful personality- he hops around and does the cutest little spins when he's happy. He just wants to be loved. He follows the homeowner everywhere when she comes outside, soaking up every bit of affection he can get.
