Piper is a tiny 5-pound pup estimated to be around 9 months old. She was heartbreakingly surrendered to a shelter in very poor condition. Despite all she's been through, she's now safe with us and beginning her journey to healing - both inside and out. Piper is fully vetted and microchipped. Her new home must allow her to decompress and give her time to adjust given her history. She may never be the dog that will welcome strangers in a home and may run to hide.
