This brave girl was found living in a rock wall in Danbury with her five babies - Pierre, Poppy, Pearl, Picasso, and Posie - and thankfully rescued just in time. Now that she's safe and her babies have been weaned, Penelope is ready to find a home where she can finally be the one cared for. Penelope is an absolute love. She's calm, gentle, and incredibly devoted to her little family. While she can be shy at first, it doesn't take long for her sweet personality to shine through. Once she feels comfortable, she enjoys sitting nearby, relaxing, and being part of the household. She's not a super playful girl, but she adores being around her people. One of her favorite things is having the windows open so she can breathe in the fresh air and watch the world outside - birds, leaves, and passing moments all keep her entertained. She's also quite the vocal girl and isn't shy about chatting with you in her soft, expressive meows. While she likes cats, she'd be fine as your one and only. Penelope is well-behaved, affectionate in her own quiet way, and simply wants a peaceful, loving home where she can continue to blossom.
