Dog is a stray. My 74 yrold mom fed them to keep them from starving. Now they won't leave. There's 8s a male and female brother and sister maybe. They jump in my mom and made her fall.She can't continue to keep feeding them she's on a fixed income and we can't get the humane society to pick them up
