Sandman is a sweet and affectionate cat with a loving personality. He was born in a litter of five, with his mom being a rescued American Bobtail. Sandman shares the gentle, calm temperament of the Bobtail breed. What makes him even more unique is that he inherited the dilution gene from his mom, which gives him his beautiful color. Without this gene, he would likely have been red or orange. Sandman has been raised indoors and cared for since he was just 3 weeks old, and he's been showered with love and attention every day. He's used to being held and cuddled regularly. While he hasn't had exposure to children, he gets along wonderfully with adults, and I have no reason to believe he would react differently to kids, though I can't guarantee it. He has also never been around dogs, though he has heard barking. Sandman is playful and loves toys, especially playing fetch with his five siblings. He weighs about 7 lbs and is in great health. I haven't put him up for adoption until now due to a delay in neutering caused by my knee replacement surgery. He's fully litter trained, never been outdoors, and is definitely an indoor cat. I've hand-raised him with lots of care, and I will ensure he's fully vetted before he goes to his new home.
