About Pappy

Pappy is a regal pup and appears to be a Great Dane/American Bulldog mix. He has a noble Great Dane shaped head. Pappy presently weights around 48-50 pounds and is a year and a half old. He has a very long and lean body and webbed feet! His ears are like antennas, they swivel around! He is very well behaved and gentle in the house and is housebroken and crate trained. He is fine on the leash and in the car. He will need a little training just because he's a young pup and needs direction. He will be at his best with consistent exercise then he's calm in the home. Mostly he just wants to cuddle in your lap. He is very well-mannered. And only barks when he wants to come in from the back garden. Pappy takes treats gently. He doesn't know what toys are yet, and he's not destructive at all in the house. He loves to sunbathe and sniff around the garden. He's doggie social and I would think fine with cats with a confident cat. He'd be great with children as he's so gentle. He is still growing so I'd say he'll top out at 56 pounds tops but his body type is long and lean. He just wants to please and once he's in a home he will flourish and be a wonderful companion. He's got all the right ingredients. And he's such a handsome pup. All you need are a couple of training sessions and he will be a turn-key fella. He's so dear and loyal. He's a wonderful pup.
