Looking to Rehome Our Dog, Thora - Seeking the Right Fit. This has been a very difficult decision for our family, but after a couple of incidents and realizing we can't give Thora the time, structure, and attention she needs, we are looking for a new home that will be the right match for her. About Thora: Thora is a loving, loyal dog with a big personality. She has grown up around our kids and does well with them, but she can still be cautious and doesn't immediately trust new people. She is good with other dogs to a point - she prefers to be the dominant one, so a home with a calm, submissive dog or no other pets would be best. What She Needs: Thora would thrive with an experienced dog owner. Someone who can give her consistent time, training, and structure. A home without young children or with kids who understand boundaries. A calm environment with predictable routines. A home where she can be the only dog or with a dog that isn't dominant. She truly has so much potential in the right setting, and we want to make sure she goes somewhere she can succeed and feel secure.
