About Pearl

Adoption Fee: $400
Jack Russell mix
Age: Young Puppy
Sex: Female

Name: Pearl Age: 5 months Breed: Terrier Mix Gender: Female Weight: (20 lbs Good with kids: Yes Good with dogs: Yes Good with cats: Learning Current on vaccinations: Yes Fixed: Yes Bio: Pearl is a bright, bouncy, happy girl who is all puppy energy and curiosity. She would much rather play, explore, and toss her own toys into the air than settle down for snuggles....at least for now. Her nose is always to the ground like a true little terrier, and as a rescue we can only make educated guesses, but her markings and behavior are very similar to a Jack Russell Terrier mix. Pearl is crate trained and does a wonderful job keeping herself entertained. She absolutely loves to play fetch and enjoys the company of other dogs. She is also learning how to behave politely around cats. She is still adjusting to her new environment and prefers to be by someone's side whenever she can. She can be a bit jumpy and nervous in new situations, which is completely expected for a young rescue pup. Pearl is working on her manners including learning not to jump. She is in the early stages of potty training and is still getting used to the cold Wisconsin air, so she is not always eager to head outside yet. Pearl is up to date on all vaccines and already spayed and she is ready for her forever family. If you are looking for a smart, active, playful companion who will keep you laughing with her terrier style antics, Pearl might be the perfect match.
