Meet Apollo - Your Future Best Friend ��%90%BE Apollo is a 3-year-old male German Shepherd / Cur / Pit mix weighing about 75 lbs. He's an incredibly sweet, loving, and playful boy who thrives on attention and affection. He has a big heart and so much love to give to the right family. Apollo is crate-trained, potty-trained, and knows basic commands like sit, down, speak - and he's very food motivated, which makes further training easier. He's up-to-date on all his shots and just needs to be neutered. Personality & Needs Apollo is happiest when he's playing, exploring, and spending quality time with his people. He loves toys, belly rubs, and anyone who can keep up with his high-energy, fun-loving nature. However, Apollo does have some special needs: He's been around kids, cats, and other dogsbefore, but after being bitten at a dog park, he's now nervous around other animals. He would do best as the only pet in the household while he rebuilds his confidence. If introduced to other animals, he needs a very slow, structured introduction and patient guidance. He will benefit greatly from obedience trainingto help channel his energy and boost his confidence.
