He is crate-trained, polite with most same-sized dogs (as long as they don't try to challenge His Floofness), and fantastic with small dogs. Charles may guard his food bowl, though he usually eats so fast there's nothing left to guard. With strangers, expect some protective barking - but he respects his space and isn't looking to bite your guests. He loves his trusted humans, especially when they offer rump scratches.
