About Casper

Meet Casper....... Casper is a 7 month old long coat chihuahua. He is just a little guy at just 6 pounds. He is mostly white but does have a couple cream spots on his back side. Casper was transported to our rescue along with 12 other small breeds. They were all in need of some tlc however for the most part they were physically in good health, just lack of human love and touch. Casper is a happy boy and comes up to us with us tail wagging and excited to see us, hes just unsure about us touching him because he hasn't had that before. Once we love him he bounces around and cries for more love. He will do great in a home with another small dog to show him the ropes and he will absolutely need a fenced yard to keep him safe while he is outside to go potty. He is not leash trained so not having a fenced yard is not an option. Casper has not seen our vet yet as he just came in to rescue on 11/22/25. We are letting him settle in a bit before dragging him out to yet another scary place. We will have him available for adoption the week after the Thanksgiving holiday.
