About Dipper

Meet Dipper and Mable! We saved these two absolute cuties from a kill shelter in California, and they are now safe at TRACS thanks to our partners at Wings of Rescue. They are brother and sister; Dipper is a little fluffball, while Mable has a smoother coat. They are very sweet pups with a happy-go-lucky attitude, and we believe they are a Maltese/Toy Poodle mix, born on September 2, 2025. They weigh only six pounds and will be small in stature as adults. Dipper and Mable will be adopted as a foster-to-adopt situation, meaning TRACS and the adopters will be co-owners until they are fixed, and we require a refundable $150 spay/neuter deposit. TRACS provides a $50 off the cost of the surgery voucher. Although they are siblings, they can be adopted separately, and their individual adoption fee is $500.
