LOCATION: Louisville, KY DOB: 12/30/2024 Ridoc is a handsome merle Great Dane mix with a gentle, easygoing personality. He's mellow, affectionate, and happiest when spending time with his people. This sweet boy is fully house-trained and very well-mannered in the home, though he hasn't been crate-trained simply because there hasn't been space for one. With his adaptable nature, he would likely take to it easily if needed. Ridoc is not a big barker and has only a minimal prey drive. He'll happily run to the fence with his foster buddy when something catches his eye, but he usually leaves the noisy part to his friend. He enjoys playing with other dogs and has done well with almost everyone he's met, with just one exception at the vet's office. He also adores children and thrives on human attention, making him a wonderful family companion. On walks, Ridoc is a pleasure-he has nice leash manners, though he loves to stop and take in all the scents along the way. Bath time isn't his favorite, but he cooperates without fuss. In the yard, his silly side comes out when he digs little holes just for fun, though he doesn't try to dig under fences or escape. Ridoc is a sweet, low-maintenance dog who would fit into almost any home.
