About Found with gash

Topper...seriously one of the sweetest, calmest, most submissive dogs I have ever met. He doesn't bark, he is not hyper, he loves to cuddle, he is submissive with other dogs and never shows any aggression even if a dog is trying to be dominant with him, and is living with cats and kittens. He was picked up by animal control with a large gash on his neck. The shelter fixed him up but then he ran out of time and was placed on the euthanasia list. I am so glad I got him out because he is the best. Currently in Oklahoma but can be adopted to approved out-of-state homes via transport. If an adoption doesn't work out (rare, but life happens), we always take our dogs back. Fully vetted (neutered/spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, heartworm tested).
