He's a handsome and friendly fella who was brought to our shelter as a stray awhile back. This boy greets you right at his door with tail wags! He is a happy dog and enjoys your company! He loves a good back scratch and treats are his all time favorite thing besides people of course! Phillip is looking forward to having a family of his own.
