He hasn't had the best life lately. He was found hanging out alone near a busy interstate. He likes meeting new friends and enjoys spending time with you. He's full of tail wags and kisses once he feels comfortable. He's a lover of treats and back scratches! Poor fella has been down on his luck lately and he's looking forward to happier days.
