About Nutmeg

Hi! My name is Nutmeg. I was rescued from a high kill shelter in Selma, CA. They had me on their euth list because I was so scared. I'm safe now with my rescue in Oregon. I'm very friendly, but also very shy at first and will need a family who will love me, treat me kind and give me patience. I was not treated kindly by whoever it was who first had me. Once I'm feeling safe, and loved, I'll be your best friend. I love sleeping on my rescue dad's chair with him while watching tv. I love being with my person too once I'm settled in. I'm up to date on my vaccines, healthy and weigh approximately 8lbs. I'm estimated to be about 5 months old now. I'm microchipped and crate trained. I do whine a lot , I don't really bark unless I want to play with the other dogs. I will be neutered prior to going to my new home too!
