Hocas came into recue, after being dumped, a good Samaritan found them and took care of him till the rescue was able to take in. Havanese mix is best guess, 20-25 pounds, young male. For having his world turn upside down, he is very friendly, wants to be someone buddy. Could be that lap dog you are looking for. He does not want to share attention, might be best as only dog. Hocas will be neutered prior to adoption, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, wormed, flea/tick treatment.
