He currently lives with Hazel, an 11 year old Labrador Retriever, and loves her dearly. Once he gets to know other dogs, Max assimilates well and feels comfortable and develops a friendship. His owner is an elderly man who lives alone and is now on hospice. He has loved Max dearly and is hoping to help him find his forever home now that he has a terminal illness.
