About Mae

Mae is such a fun and playful girl that was dumped in the country along with 2 other young female dogs. They were found by a Good Samaritan and brought to our rescue where they have blossomed and become incredibly sweet and outgoing. They were all named after characters in the movie A League of Their Own based on their personalities. Mae (All the Way Mae) has such a goofy but confident personality! We also have a feeling she'll be a swimmer if her new home has a pool or a pond as she loves to play in the water here! Mae is a petit girl and would do well in any type of home. She loves people and is very food motivated. She will have a burst of energy at times and would love nothing more than to run and explore. But then on the other hand, she can be calm and snuggly while she's getting lots of pets and scratches! Mae is spayed, microchipped, fully vaccinated, and heartworm negative so she's ready to find her loving forever home! Please contact our rescue if you are interested in adopting or fostering. We will schedule a day/time for you to meet our adoptable animals first. If you decide to adopt or foster, we will provide an application to be approved. Once approved, an adoption or foster contract is signed. If you are fostering, you will be provided with all necessary items for the pet (food, bowls, crate, collar, leash, etc.). If adopting, we require an adoption fee that covers a portion of the cost of veterinary care. This is fully refundable for the life of the pet should the adoption fall through at any point. We will always take our pets back regardless of the situation.
