Captain and his sister, Tennille, began their journey at a garden center where they had been abandoned. At first, the world felt a little scary, but with patience and kindness from their rescuer, they slowly realized they were safe. They spent two weeks there before coming to AAR, and while the transition was overwhelming at first, Captain once again proved how brave and adaptable he is by warming up to the volunteers. This sweet boy is gentle, loving, and a fast learner. Once he trusts you, his affectionate nature shines through, and he'll happily stay by your side for pets, reassurance, and companionship. Captain and Tennille share a close bond and would be thrilled to remain together, but they can also be adopted separately as long as they find homes filled with patience and love.
