About Rocky

Rocky has a playful, upbeat energy and a personality that's equal parts goofy and affectionate. He's always ready for a game especially tug-of-war or wrestling with his favorite stuffed toy. He'll happily entertain himself by chasing his own tail. Despite his bursts of enthusiasm, he's also a total cuddle bug. He loves getting butt scratches and insists on sleeping tucked into bed, often flipped upside down. He also has his own funny quirks: loud appliances are his nemesis, and he'll make a dramatic getaway from anything that sounds even remotely like a vacuum. All in all, he's playful, loving, silly, and endlessly entertaining. Rocky would thrive in a home where there's a lot of movement and activity. He loves moving and playing around. He's very affectionate, so a home where affection is shown daily would be perfect. A home with older kids, and adults that know boundaries would be amazing. He has never been introduced to cats so I'm not sure how he'll act with cats. Rocky plays around with dogs in parks, but is a bit territorial about his things at home. He hasn't had the best experiences living with smaller dogs so a home with bigger dogs would be nice. He loves being around people, a house where he's secluded won't be ideal for him.
