But what he lacks in size he makes up for in personality. He's a lover with his peeps but is also ready to rough and tumble with his siblings. Kit Kat and his family are from Oklahoma. His mom, Taffy, was tied to a tree and she whelped 14 puppies. During a tornado, 3 of the puppies perished. Taffy and the rest survived and found refuge with a foster home.
