Roscoe is a young Tibetan Mastiff. Roscoe was pulled from an LA Kill Shelter on 11/25. Roscoe was recently neutered. Roscoe is a sweet, sensitive 130 lbs puppy. Roscoe is OK with my other rescues but he is not yet part of the pack. He is learning. I've always taken dogs back if issues arose. But given our recent experience with this policy, we will require a refundable deposit. Honesty, when did people get so flaky? Roscoe is available to a loving forever home with people who view dogs as a lifetime commitment.
