Fondue is a fun-loving adult/senior pittie looking for a new home! He is a cuddle bug looking for a solo home with parents to spoil him with treats and toys. He is house trained and very minally barks. He knows some simple commands as well. This pup is content to be out and about or at home with you on the couch. Be prepared to no longer have any personal space! He is very seriously confused about who the couch and bed belong to. Fondue is a big fan of chew toys. He has a supposedly indestructible ball that he loves in addition to a few other chew toys. Beware! He ate several tennis balls on our quest to find something that would work for him. He loves to chase balls, but will not play fetch. He loves stuffed animals, but they last less than 5 minutes with him. He has a pretty good amount of stamina for walks or short runs. Foundue would love a home with a yard. He is currently in an apartment, but due to his issues with other dogs, it's difficult for him to get the exercise he needs in public. We have no information about how he would do with pets besides dogs, but I suspect he would be best in a household as the onyl pet. A quiet household would be best for Fondue. While he loves to play and is always down for a good tussle, he has anxiety so lots of noise and screaming are not ideal for him. He would be okay with older kids, but he does not like noisy younger children. Fondue is potty trained! He can sit very well and does alright with the 'wait' command. We are currently working on recall. He has some trouble when walking on leash. He's very pleasant to walk when he is not interested in anything, but he will definitely pull. We have not tried crate training with him, but we do leave him in a bedroom when we leave the house and he does not have trouble with that. Fondue is neutered. He is up to date on vaccines and microchipped. He does have several skin tags the vet looked it and decided were not a bit deal. He has poor dental hygeine so he will need a cleaning soon. He is okay having his teeth brushed. Fondue takes anti-anxiety medication twice a day. I sneak it into his meals with easy cheese and he has no problem taking it. He needs to be the only dog in the house and does not do well with young children.
