About Dane

Dane is a very sweet, loving, and loyal GSD. He is 3 years old and currently lives in a home with another older female GSD. He is the alpha dog and dominates her, but he is not aggressive. We want to find him a good, loving home without young children. He has been very good with our young children, but in our family dynamic, he seems to favor adults. He appears nervous and uneasy when unfamiliar children are around. Dane has a high prey drive and is a working line dog. He is trained on an e-collar and he loves it. He loves to please and 'work'. He has alot of energy when he is outside and loves to run, but while inside he is a pretty calm and lazy dog. He requires more attention and 'work' than we are able to currently offer to him. He would be a great companion for a family without young children who can give him a great life!
