About Candace

Candace is a 3 year old, petite girl that weighs right at 25 lbs on the dot! She came to MHCR from a very crowded, underfunded shelter in Texas. Candace didn't come with puppies but it was clear she had recently been a mama. She's a soulful girl and you can tell she really wants to make a connection with people. She is affectionate, quiet, and medium energy. Candace enjoys being outside and taking walks. She's fine with dogs but doesn't need one in her home, humans are more her game. Candace seems house-trained in her foster home and doesn't love the crate but will use it.
