About Shelton

Shelton was left at an overcrowded kill shelter and found himself on the edge of being placed on the high risk list to be put down. The shelter staff said he is a great dog and could not let that happen and reached out to us for help. Shelton loves people, he is good with kids and other dogs too. We do not know what he thinks about cats. He is a tad on the shy side but warms up quickly and becomes very loving. This sweet, friendly guy is just 11 months old and weighs 46 pounds. Please help Shelton find the loving home he deserves. We do NOT ship our animals. All adoptive families must travel to us to meet their adoptive dog/cat. Applicants must live within a 2 hour radius from Sparta/Andover (07871/07821). Please understand that we are an animal shelter and thus unable to say whether the dogs are housebroken as they are not in homes.
