About Tucker

Tucker is a very loyal and smart dog. He is very affectionate and loves his people. He has had some exposure to herding but hasn't received the training required to utilize his natural instincts. He has attempted to herd goats, ducks, chickens(he has never killed any poultry). We had hopes to utilize his herding abilities but we didn't have the training to teach him. But his instincts seem to be very strong. The reason he needs a new home is he did bite a small child and we have kids with friends over all the time. He has been around many kids his whole life, but we can't trust him anymore. Our ideal is he finds a home on a farm and absolutely no children would be present or at risk. We are considering having to euthanize him because of this.
