About Sasha

It's been said & proven too many times, #BelgianMalinois & shelters do not mix! The case of sweet Sasha is no exception, she's going to need the help from friends & @followers to get her out before it's too late! Sasha is a very young female Belgian Malinois that arrived to the shelter as a stray on 10/30/2025 after being left at a local vet clinic in #LongBeach. Sasha has been very smart & receptive since arrival, but she also quickly realized what going back into a kennel means and would try very hard to escape getting locked back up. Sadly, Sasha's determination to not return to her cage has progressed rapidly making it challenging for staff & volunteers to safely put her back in her kennel. Sasha needed help the day she was available for adoption last week... and now she needs immediate rescue or adoption before she unintentionally hurts a staff member or volunteer and is denied any future chance at finding a home.
