Reason for euthanasia: Bettle is exhibiting safety concerns in the shelter environment. He displays selective behavior and struggles with impulse control and requires muzzle work during playgroups to ensure safe interactions. In his kennel, Bettle is frequently pacing, panting, and barking-indicators of FAS (fear anxiety stress).
