He tries so hard to be brave, but being confined for so long has taken a toll on his mental well-being. He needs a soft place to land - a quiet home, a patient foster, or a rescue willing to give him just one chance. That's all it will take for this dog to decompress, feel safe, and remember he's loved. Right now, he's not looking for a forever commitment - just a lifeline.
