About Sailor

Sailor is a 3-year-old, 4-pound chocolate and tan Pomeranian with curious eyes, a tiny prance, and a personality that pulls everyone in. He's outgoing, affectionate, and loves exploring. If there is something new to sniff, he is already halfway there. The moment he's done adventuring, he's ready to curl up in your lap or even on top of your foot like it is the most natural seat in the world. He follows his foster everywhere and wants to be part of everything. He enjoys being held, meeting new people, and he gets along wonderfully with other dogs, cats, and gentle kids. Sailor came to us as a breeder surrender and has adjusted beautifully to home life. He is working on potty training and doing well with a consistent routine of outdoor breaks and belly bands. He is also learning to walk on a harness and leash and will continue to gain confidence with patient guidance. He can be a little vocal when excited, so a home setting is a better fit than an apartment. At heart, Sailor is a devoted little shadow who loves cuddles almost as much as he loves exploring. Sailor is fully vetted, including a full exam, neuter, dental, vaccinations, deworming, and fecal testing. He is current on monthly heartworm and flea prevention.
