If you are out of the area, you would be responsible to complete the vetting that has not been completed by the time of adoption. Koby is participating in the cell dog program which is where the dog stays at the prison with a dog handler working on basic obedience and house, crate, and leash training. It's an amazing program! We will start taking apps but she will be in the program for a few weeks so please be patient.
