About Oscar

Oscar is a 8-10 week old Shih tzu mix. He will be neutered, microchipped and have age appropriate vaccines. His mom is a 12lb Shih tzu but we have no idea what dad is. Oscar is a very young puppy so he will need a family dedicated to raising and training a puppy. He loves other dogs so we would prefer a home with another young dog to play with. He is still very small so we do require older children so he doesn't accidentally get hurt. We will require a fenced yard to keep him safe.
