Breed is a 3 year old border collie mix. He is extremely overweight probably 120 pounds. My mother passed away 2 weeks ago and we have had extreme difficulty finding a home for him. He is currently living alone in Birch Run, MI. We check on him several times a day but cannot keep doing this. He is very anxious and potentially grieving. He's a sweet loving dog but is skittish around new people. Any help is appreciated.
