Rascal's owner could no longer take care of him. He's 11 months old and weighs 12 pounds. He's super sweet and would make the perfect lap dog. Meet and greet required if you have another dog. Please keep in mind that we try to match your application and lifestyle with a dog the best suits your home. We are the dogs advocate and we put their needs first. For this reason we don't operate on first come first serve. We do reserve the right to request photos of your home. You must be 21 years of age to adopt.
