This is Mosh Potato. He's just 3 or 4 but got off to a rough start. He was living among the unhoused community, and his human got hit by a car, leaving him all alone on the mean streets of the OC. He fell into bad hands and was horribly abused. Since February, Mosh has been indoors and doing much better. He had to kick a second-hand fentanyl habit that made him cranky and nippy but he's now clean and housetrained and has gained weight and grown his fur back. He loves to play and be brushed, although he's rather scruffy underneath, because he has some trust issues around grooming. He's been living with another dog and a cat friend, but needs a home without kids, because sudden movements can scare him and he gets erratic. He's also sooo happy to be indoors and have regular food! He will jump up and down for joy at the slightest provocation. He needs a forever home with a caring person who is experienced with rescue dogs and will be patient with his foibles. He's fixed and up to date with his shots. If you could offer Mosh some love, he will follow you everywhere and be your fluffy shadow!
