Meet Cutter - The Sweet, Smart Boy Looking for His Person! Cutter is a 7-month-old Border Collie with a heart as big as his beautiful brown eyes. Weighing in at 45 lbs, this gentle boy is all about people - eager to learn, eager to please, and so ready to find someone who will give him the time, training, and love he deserves. Cutter is an excellent working-dog prospect who hasn't had much consistent training yet, but you can tell how much he wants to learn. He's very people-focused and responds so sweetly to attention. When he jumps up to say hello (we admit, we encouraged it just to see how gentle he is!), he's soft and affectionate - never rough or pushy. He's done well meeting other dogs his size and shows no aggression, even when others bark or act out around him - he'll simply submit and try to make friends. He's still a pup learning his boundaries, but with a patient home, he'll grow into an amazing, well-mannered companion. Cutter is curious about everything and has a playful spirit. Like many young herding breeds, he'll thrive with structure, positive training, and plenty of exercise.
